Hartland opened their regular season at home with an impressive 20-6 route over visiting Clarkston.

Seven different players scored for Hartland. Leading the team was junior Ryan Skomial with six goals, followed closely by junior Natalie Sochacki with five goals. Junior Annie Quinn recorded three goals while seniors Haley Crouse and Rachel Sharpe added two goals each. Rounding out the scoring with one goal each was senior Maggie Hogan and sophomore Amber Crouse.

I didn't get the total number of saves by junior goalie Tabitha Ferguson, but it was a lot!

The JV team also won their opening game earlier in the day by a score of 15-2.

Hartland plays again tomorrow (Wednesday, March 28) at home vs East Lansing.
