Skomial scores SEVEN in 16-6 win

Hartland continued where they left off in East Grand Rapids — cruising to a 16-6 win in Wednesday's league opener versus visiting Waterford United.

Sophomore Ryan Skomial scored seven goals in the match. Juniors Haley Crouse and Courtney Lee each scored three goals for Hartland who led 10-2 at the half.

Rounding out the scoring for Hartland were sophomore Natalie Sochacki with two goals and junior Taylor Pryde with one goal.

Senior Goal Keeper Kelsey Lavalley played solid for Hartland all game.

Early in the day, the JV team got the ball rolling with their 9-5 win over Waterford.

The Hartland teams won't play again until after Spring Break. They travel to Brighton on Tuesday, April 12.
